All our watches come with a 30-calendar-day warranty from the date of delivery, exclusively against manufacturing defects that affect their proper functioning.

The warranty covers:

  • Chronograph, calendar, or hands that do not work correctly.
  • Crown, pushers, or clasp with manufacturing defects.
  • Loose parts or assembly problems present upon receipt.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Impacts, falls, scratches, or normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by improper use.
  • Moisture caused by showers, swimming pools, or submersion. 3 ATM protection is only for rain and splashes.
  • Openings, repairs, or part changes carried out by third parties.

To request a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and send photos or a video of the fault. After review, if we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for a free repair or the appropriate solution.
