If you are in Bogota, delivery is on the next business day; for other regions, it takes 5 to 7 business days.

Your watch is protected for 30 calendar days from the time of delivery, exclusively against manufacturing defects that affect its quality or proper functioning.

What does it cover?

• Failures in the movement or operation of the watch.
• Hands, chronograph, calendar, or indicators that do not function correctly.
• Crown, pushers, or clasp with manufacturing defects.
• Loose parts or assembly defects present upon receipt of the product.
• Free repair when the defect is confirmed.

What does it not cover?

• Bumps, drops, scratches, or damage caused after delivery.
• Normal wear and tear of the strap, finish, or components.
• Damage caused by improper use.
• Moisture caused by showering, swimming, or submerging the watch. 3 ATM protection is only for rain and splashes.
• Handling, opening, changing parts, or repairs carried out by third parties.

How to request it?

Contact us and tell us your order number. Send us photographs or a video where we can observe the fault and our team will assist you during the review.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will carry out the corresponding repair free of charge. If the product cannot be repaired, we will proceed with an exchange, and if the fault recurs, we will apply the appropriate solution in accordance with Colombian law.
